A man identified as Ebenezer Frimpong has been apprehended following an alleged vehicle theft involving an armoured car belonging to the Ghana Police Service.
The incident reportedly took place at Nkawie Market, where the driver of the security vehicle had briefly stepped away, leaving the engine running. Seizing the opportunity, Frimpong allegedly entered the vehicle and drove off.
